Happy New Year to all at the club, our friends and sponsors. We wish you all a great 2012.

24th December 2011
Merry Christmas to all our members and their wonderful dogs.

15th December 2011
The Christmas fun night was once again well attended with some exciting racing throughout the evening. The DIY Flyball was the opening event, which involves 3 handlers and 3 dogs with each team member taking turns to run a dog, hold two dogs and box load all in one race. In this one race match play the dark horses turned out to be Diesel, Mac & Jodie who seemed to work out a system quicker than most. It did help having the format creator in the team I think. Congratulations to Louise, Sue, Stuart and their dogs Mac, Diesel & Jodie on winning this event.
The pairs was also very close with all the matches going to a third leg decider except the 3rd/4th run off. Fine wins in early rounds for Ice & Marmite and Vibe & Harvey seemed to benefit them in the semi finals as they both progressed to the final at the expense of Mac/Stan and Abby/Pepper partnerships. Mac and Stan won the run off for 3rd place whilst in the final Ice & Marmite came out victors by a 2-1 scoreline.
In the Dogs v Biches matches each team ran all 5 dogs and the dogs; Stan, Harvey, Mac, Diesel & Solace were victorious over a very confident bitches squad mainly made up of Border Collies. So congratulations to the multi-breed boys team.

27th November 2011
The flyball season closed for the year today and Kidderminster finished on a high. We sent two teams to Ellesmere Port and both produced some cracking runs. Kiddy Minsters beat all before them to win division 2 with a best time of 18.80. The dogs running were Tiegan, Mac, Abby, Flyte & Vibe. Kiddy Monsters ran well in division 3 to claim 3rd place. The team consisted of Casino in her first show (achieving Flyball Dog status), Ice in her second show, Maud in her 3rd along with established team dogs Solace and Jodie. The team started the day as 6th seeds so the three wins were well earned and they finished with a best time of 20.65. In the post show presentations Joe & Ice collected a BFA Flyball Dog certificate, plus Rob & Abby and Heidi & Vibe collected Intermediate certificates. Congratulations to all who raced and many thanks to Laura and Kate who made the long journey to watch us race. Its Marmites turn to race next time.

Sadly our beloved dog Chelsea passed away on Friday. She loved flyball and is the reason we started the Kidderminster dog club all those years ago. She gave Karen and I some great times and always did everything with all her heart and energy. Its only at times like this that you look back and realise how much she achieved in both flyball and agility. She will be missed and her legacy is the club and teams who run for Kiddy Monsters Flyball Team and Kidderminster Dog Club Agility Team. Rest in peace Chelsea you will never be forgotten love Stuart & Karen xxxx.

Harvey top scored with 325 points, Tiegan, Jodie and Mac put in good solid performances. Excellent days racing for Kiddy Monsters at Nantwich today. All the dogs ran to form as the team won all five matches to take the Divisional title. As always, Tiegan, Flyte, Mac and Jodie proved fast and reliable, however it was great to see Solace back to his best as lead dog giving the team a fast start. Maud running in only her second show posted three race wins all sub 20 seconds with the best being 19.83. A real pocket rocket. Once again Vicki put in a faultless performance on the box.
